Knas: Permission to edit town structure?

Mirion has an awesome loading crane next to the water, however, I was wondering if I could move it to a new location down the river a bit, for a dock station? I'd like to put a bridge just a bit west of where it's sitting, but then it looks silly to have a loading crane where no boats can go!
