[Resolved] Item Loss due to lag.

Usually I don't post about this but there was a massive lag spike and before I knew it I was swarmed by zombies, I tried to return to the area to recover my items but to my surprise none of them were there. Not even the zombies carried any of them. Anyways I only really care about the following.

Diamond Pickaxe (Unbreaking 3, Efficiency 4)
Diamond Shovel (Unbreaking 3, Efficiency 4)
Bow (Unbreaking 3, Power 4)

Also I had 6 leads I would also like restored, however it's not a big deal.

Just wanted to note that I experienced the same glitch 2 times in the past few days. No need to compensate for gear as I was carrying rubbish, just an fyi to try to identify the problem. Returned to death spot both times after a lag death and no items to be found. No possibility that they despawned as recovery time was very quick. Good luck figuring it out!
