Gold?

Hayooooo.

I've been thinking of stuff to add where you could spend your gold and in return getting desired items or enhancements.
The only thing I can think of right away is what we used to have, SilkSpawners - which basically allows you to harvest spawners using a Silk Touch pickaxe.

A rough idea is to spend a set (higher) amount of gold to either have a permanent access to harvest spawners or a lower cost to make it a monthly thing for example.
It would be a nice addition, but it will most likely be priced high as spawners are a pretty sought after resource.

Any more ideas of things that could be bought - that doesn't break the game as soon as you've spent some time farming?

Ohhhh. Now that would be nice. I would use the spawners in my arena. Could have man vs. monster events! I think this would be a great idea.

You could always sell spawn eggs as well as they are possible to get with runecraft but very difficult. Don't think that would break the game.

Please no ender dragons! That being said I like the idea of silk touch spawners, but I want to know how much you would be looking to charge for them for permanent silk touch? Also, would we be allowed to sell spawners we silk touch or no? I think that it should be laid out what we are allowed to do with spawners and the like.

Like i said, i would want them to make monsters and players fight to the death >;3 other than that, i dont want spawners really.

For atlas' Idea we could install Mob arena, but to prevent farming the Mob Arena we could put a timer on how often you can use the join command. I have built many arenas and it's nothing to hard to do with legit MC earned materials.

Another idea I have is the tardis plugin. again make it a monthly(low) payment or permanent(high) payment.

Last but not least MCMMO? I know a lot of people would be against it but I'm sure with the right amount of tweaking(has been done before) you can make it more enjoyable to mine/fight day to day mobs. I know not many of us are into the whole PvP deal here so I don't see a huge need for the Unarmed skill. It will also make it slightly easier to repair armors, weapons and tools with the Repair skill. Of course I see how some aspects can be considered 'OP' but please remember all aspects of MCMMO are customizeable. From making level caps to changing when you get what skill on which level. I would be more than happy to help on the MCMMO side and the Mob Arena because I know the 2 so well from previous servers

I wouldn't have anything against selling spawners to others. But I'm a tad unsure if this wouldn't work best with a timed ability.
First number that pops up would be at least 300ish.
It should require some effort to acquire as it's a pretty large alteration of vanilla mechanics, basically allowing mob farms and such without restrictions of location.

I remember that and that is why I mentioned spawn eggs as this would be very useful. Of course would have to be expensive. I like the 300g price regardless of whether that is for monthly or forever as it would be a good reason for me to go mining for a year lol.
