It happened again.

Is the issue persistent?

Been this way since Saturday.

Additional information:

It must have happened right after you fixed it the first time - I read your message about it being up, but it was already down again. Figured I'd give it a few days before making another report.

That is oddly peculiar, can't see that it has been offline at all. How's now?

When I try to join I get the message, "Connection refused: no further information"
The livemap is also not showing anything, and I usually check that first because it's been a good indicator of whether or not the server is up.

Right, seems to be an issue on the ISP end. It seems it's non-accessible from a few places.
I've raised a ticket and it should hopefully be resolved soon.
