As you've inevitably noticed, occasional lagspikes occur - some pretty darn hefty.
This is caused by a couple of core switches on Hetzner's end.

The current known core switches causing the issues are;
core11.hetzner.de
core12.hetzner.de
Dropping between 30-80% of the packages.

If anyone has more information regarding other switches using alternate routes, please inform.
@nsgb's working on establishing an alternate route to speed it up - it's not a permanent solution and it won't be perfect either.
We're hoping for a response soon from the host to set up proper routing. :)

Apologies for this - we hope you'll endure the lag until it's all back in order.¨
Happy building. :)

You can find out information on Windows with the traceroute command, but a better way to do so is to use a tool called "Win-MTR". I'm sure both @Kapten_Knas and @nsgb would appreciate it if you show the route that you're having when you have this issue. I suggest you use a pastebin like pastebin.com and link to it from here. :)

Forgot to mention if you run the tool point it to rd.anembra.com and not the normal thing you use to connect (mc.anembra.com) as the normal one is a SRV (service record) which basically redirects you to a different hostname and port based on the program you're using if it supports it.
