It's true. :( It is my sad duty to inform this court that my good friend Mr. Moon did indeed cause the unnecessary and untimely death of poor Squid/Opal. It was a terrible ordeal to witness it.

Here is what I saw:

I am so distraught...I may also have to sue for emotional damage.

Moon, Moon, what have you become???? You never should have dabbled in the black world of gambling!

Moonie is a god, so by law in the case of this holy court room. Opal will be sentenced to enteral torture in the deepest planes of hell. For accusing such a god of wrong doing, no matter how much convicting evidence is seen to the court that Moonie has mercifuly murderd opal in the manner of bad jokes which led opal to commit his own Suiside. Being that it had happened in his casino, he had full rights to dispose of your body and items and absorb spyour precious exp orbs. Moonie may choose to repay you in any he wishes if he so feels the need to reimburse you of anything. While you are in hell. Yet Moonie is not ordered by the court to do so. And as for Twinnie, coming forth as a witness, you will be exiled. Moonie has been declared innocent by this court room and shall walk free like the beastly god he is. By the power invested in me of this court room. This is court is dismissed. *slams hammer. Then majestically turns into a dragons and rips through the top of the court room and flys away into the sunset.*

As a member of the jury I declare that Opal is unfit for a witness of his own death and there for we cannot continue this as it's not a valid case due to the fact that Opal is still alive and is clearly unfit for a trial of his own death when such has (clearly not happened) this is the unofficial answer of the jury

Hey, I saw what I saw, man. Not my fault if Opal used illusion and trickery. Mebbe this should change to a fraud trial.

Opal, for crimes against humanity and all minecraft alike, you will be flogged, hanged, and guillotined and banished to the deepest depths of frozen hell for all Eternity. And to compensate for all the lives that have been affected by this court trial, all your worldly possessions will be turned over to the court and given to that of those affected, in this case, Mr Moonpie. As for the rest, Twinnie, for baring false witness to this trial, you shall be flogged and exiled to the Far Lands and have all your assets turned over to the court. Mr moonpie has been founded innocent in a trial amongst his peers and by the public. with moonie also providing that he is innocent, and that being a god, moonie cannot be accused of murder, specially if the plaintiff is alive. And as for the jury, and the people, they shall receive some of the worldly possessions and assets. The rest will be used to pay for this court hearing. *slams hammer*

What are you talking about? I am the highest rule of the land. For questioning my authority. You will now be stoned to near death after the floggings and then banished. :)

(Okay, I think it would be hilarious if I built a court house in Elysium and we all actually went and did this in game. We could video it and everything, assign roles and such. Gosh it would be great, a fun little idea we could do :) as far as I know, there has only been one other court cas in the history of this server, which was held at the courthouse in Newhaven back on Tekkitopia classic. *my old town* haha I think this would be so much fun! We should defeinitly organize this and do it. )

I am worried about you Atlas, you seem to have this preoccupation with flogging.....all that violence....maybe take some nature walks. :)

(And yes, well that IS a good idea for roleplay. I'm gonna be honest and say I am a bit gunshy, even being in this thread. Cause good intentions can go awry, as we know. But yes! You SEE how much fun roleplay can be? It adds a whole different creative element! Build a world AND a story together. I hope we can make it work in some form eventually that everyone enjoys.

Oh and I owe you a belated birthday cake, dude.)
