Client Mods Question

I'd like to experiment with using mods from the following list on the server. I have reviewed the rules and can't find anything that would be considered illegal as far as I can tell, but I'd like to confirm that these are permitted before using them. Thanks!

Inventory Tweaks
WAILA
NEI
